Valentine’s Day party a winner at PWL
Slave Lake

February 19th, 2018

Hearts were in the air, on the table, and tied to the general manager when Points West Living Slave Lake celebrated St. Valentine’s Day on February 14. Residents enjoyed platters of food, music, and the excitement of prize draws through the afternoon.

Cupid of gifts

General Manager, Marilyn Badduik (right in above photo) reflected the theme of the party, walking around as a valentine’s card. She was a Cupid of gifts, handing out sweet prizes to residents whose names were drawn.

There were platters of meat and cheese, fruit, cupcakes, and cookies made by PWL Slave Lake’s hair stylist Krista Curtis. Residents sat and enjoyed each other’s company chatting and listening to romantic music from the 1920s through the '50s.
