New photos show construction progress
at PWL Cochrane

June 22nd, 2018

New photos of work being done on Points West Living Cochrane show the progress of Phase One of the project. The main residential building is four stories tall, and contains 122 studio and one-bedroom Designated Supportive Living (DSL) suites. Construction is on target for a revised opening date of January 2019.

Fireside neighbourhood

PWL Cochrane is located at the corner of Cowboy Trail (Hwy 22) and James Walker Trail, in the newly developed Fireside neighbourhood at the western edge of Cochrane. The site has views to the Rocky Mountains, foothills, farmland, the Bow River Valley, and the town of Cochrane.

Resident placements in the DSL suites are coordinated through Alberta Health Services.

Phase Two

In Phase Two of the project, an Independent Supportive Living complex will be built on the west end of the central building.
