PWL Wetaskiwin rings in the New Year in style

January 4th, 2019

Residents and care partners at Points West Living in Wetaskiwin had a great time celebrating New Year’s Eve with an afternoon of fun and fabulous food. They played a New Year`s themed bingo and ate an array of snacks provided by the amazing food services team all while visiting and listening to the music of classic crooners like Bing Crosby and Elvis Presley.

Silly Polaroids

To commemorate the event, residents got dressed up and took silly Polaroid pictures to take back to their rooms as keepsakes. 2018 has been a year of firsts for PWL Wetaskiwin, starting with its mid-September opening.

Unforgettable impact

“It has been a momentous year for our community,” says recreation coordinator Lauren Johnson. “We were introduced to more than 35 new residents, and each one has brought their own special qualities and made an unforgettable impact on our community.”
