Sharing the love… with cherry tarts

Residents at Points West Living Athens Creek in Penticton set up a “Share With Love” board in honour of Valentine’s Day, and got more than they asked for. They were encouraged to share stories and photos of love, and in addition to the thoughtful notes on the board, an unnamed ‘someone’ added scrumptious homemade cherry tarts to the display.

Music, fun, and special treat food

That certainly set the tone for a fun and thoughtful Valentine’s Day party on February 14. Local artist Paul Jones performed many fast and slow love songs. Punch and champagne were served and the kitchen team prepared a rich and delicious tiramisu mousse topped with hand crafted chocolate hearts.
