UPDATE: Effective immediately, all communities have implemented a 'No Visitor Policy'

Points West Living, along with its operations group Connecting Care is committed to reducing the threat of COVID-19 to residents and employee care partners. We have implemented social distancing, meticulous cleaning, and screening to minimize potential exposure of our communities to COVID-19. That includes strict adherence to government directed limitations on visiting.

Greeters and security staff are monitoring entrances in all of our communities to ensure visiting restrictions are observed.

Nonessential visitors

If you don’t fit the definition of ‘essential visitor’ please consider other ways of showing your love.

• Pick up the phone and call for a catch-up; we’ll do our very best to connect you. 
• If you’d like to organize a window visit (as PWL Lac La Biche resident Paul Wowk is doing in photo above), let us know and we’ll try to help with that too
• If you have concerns, please call your community for more information.
